What is the turnaround time for readings?
5–10 business days from the time I receive your completed session information.
What if my reading is delayed?
If your reading has not been delivered within 15 business days, you may request a full refund.
How long does it take to mail physical products?
Please allow up to 5 business days for physical orders to be packed and mailed.
How are physical orders shipped?
Packages are sent via Canada Post Expedited.
What if my order is lost or damaged in shipping?
If your item arrives damaged, or is lost in shipping, I will gladly replace it. Please reply to your order confirmation email within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Do you do 1:1 consultations or readings?
Only very occasionally. Contact me to inquire.
Is this therapy?
No. This is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis support.
What is it then?
My readings are spiritual and intuition based. They may help you see your highest self, your patterns, and your next steps more clearly. They are intended to support reflection, insight, and self-directed change.
How does a Zen Reading work?
You choose how much you want to direct the reading, providing a brief description of your theme, a general category, or nothing at all. I draw 5 cards from the Osho Zen Tarot Deck, interpret them, and create an elevated audio recording based on the new patterns you most need to integrate (according to the cards and my intuitive reading of them). I then email you with a brief summary of the reading, a photo of the cards, and your custom audio file.
How does an Illumination Reading?
You will be provided with a short questionnaire to explain what you’d like to shift. I will use my intuition and experience with pattern transformation to write a short summary of the theme, then create a custom audio recording based on the new patterns I intuitively feel you need most. I also create a bespoke ritual for grounding of these new energies. I will then email you the summary, audio, and ritual.
What are the rituals like?
They can be anything my imagination can come up with. They are personal, intuited specifically for you based on your patterns, not based on any spiritual practice that already exists. They help you shift directly using everyday activities like writing, creativity, movement, meditation, or whatever is needed most. People are generally excited about the ritual I give them.
Do you guarantee that all my wildest dreams will come true?
No specific outcome is guaranteed. What you do with my offerings is up to you!
Refunds
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. I do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges, except in the case of a significantly delayed reading.
