What is the turnaround time for readings?

What if my reading is delayed?
If your reading has not been delivered within 15 business days, you may request a full refund.
How long does it take to mail physical products?
Please allow up to 5 business days for physical orders to be packed and mailed.
How are physical orders shipped?
Packages are sent via Canada Post Expedited.
What if my order is lost or damaged in shipping?
If your item arrives damaged, or is lost in shipping, I will gladly replace it. Please reply to your order confirmation email within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
How are digital items delivered?

Do you only do asynchronous email-based readings?
Generally, yes. If you’re interested in another option please contact me to inquire.
Is this therapy?
No. This is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis support.
What is it then?
My zen-inspired readings are based on my own system which I have developed over almost 20 years of providing intuitive and creative guidance. They may help you see your highest self, your patterns, and your next steps more clearly. They are intended to support reflection, insight, and self-directed change. How does an Illumination work?
For a direct reading, you will fill out a short questionnaire to briefly explain what you’d like to shift. I use my intuition and experience with pattern transformation to write a short summary of the theme, then create a custom audio recording based on the new patterns I feel you need most. I also create a bespoke ritual for grounding these new energies. I will then email you the summary, audio, and ritual. If you don’t want to share any information with me, you can skip all optional questions and you’ll receive a blind reading instead.
How does a blind Illumination work?
For a blind reading, I draw cards from the Osho Zen Tarot Deck to determine direction. I use my intuition and experience with pattern transformation to write a short summary of the theme, then create a custom audio recording based on the new patterns I feel you need most. I also create a bespoke ritual for grounding these new energies. I will then email you the summary, audio, and ritual. If you would prefer to share specific information with me to direct the reading yourself, you can get a direct reading instead.
Do you read the future?
The easiest way to predict the future is to create it. These readings are about identifying the current path you’re on, then transforming it so you can experience the outcomes you most desire.
What are the rituals like?
They can be anything my imagination can come up with. They are personal, intuited specifically for you based on your patterns, and are not based on any spiritual/occult practice that already exists. They help you shift directly using everyday activities like writing, creativity, movement, meditation, or whatever is needed most. People are generally excited about the ritual I give them. What can I do with my audio activation?
Activations are intended for personal use, but I’m open to them being used creatively or shared online with credit. Please reach out if you have any questions.
Can’t you “cheat” and look me up before you do the reading?
This would just add a bunch of unnecessary work and possibly unhelpful biases. I actually enjoy fully blind readings more than the other types!
Do you use AI?
Despite being an avid em dash user and abuser, my readings and writings do not use AI. LLMs have actually been trained on my writing, so I am unfortunately partly to blame for this phenomena, but that doesn’t mean I will be stopping any time soon.
Do you guarantee that all my wildest dreams will come true?
No specific outcome is guaranteed. What you do with my offerings is up to you!
Refunds
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. I do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges, except in the case of a significantly delayed reading.
